Subject: Stop IRS targeting Tea Party Conservatives

This petition requests you take action to STOP the IRS from targeting conservative groups of patriotic Americans with biased, unfair political discrimination. IRS officials fully admit to illegal political bias, and screening to disapprove any non-profit group with titles like Tea Party, Patriot, 9/12, or Constitution. Zero groups with Tea Party in their name were approved last year, but scores of liberal groups were approved without such scrutiny. This smells of abuse of power by the Obama Administration, but will Eric Holder and the Department of Justice dare put violators in jail?
Christian groups have also been targeted, investigated or audited, including (of all people) evangelist Rev. Billy Graham and his son Franklin Graham of Samaritans Purse, Dr. James Dobson with his new talk show Family Talk, and pro-life groups were actually told they MUST PROMOTE ABORTION to get tax-exempt status. Do you trust the IRS to enforce Obamacare to tax or penalize Christian employers who refuse to fund abortion? We do not. Please remove all IRS power to enforce Obamacare, since they cannot be trusted while taxing religious or conservative groups, who deserve exemption.
Congress not only needs hearings, but must punish political corruption. It’s not enough the acting IRS director resigns, since he was leaving in June 2013 anyway. If White House officials knew about this, then IMPEACHMENT proceedings are in order. Please STOP the corrupt ABUSE OF POWER by the IRS against conservative Americans, and please hold the Obama Administration fully accountable.
